murlex
Hi all, Is there a way to have the following mechanism configured? 1. Install MacOSX and Vista 2. Install Grub on a USB stick that has both the OSes in the menu 3. If the USB stick is inserted, GRUB kicks in and provides the OS menu from which osx can be chosen. 4. If the USB stick is not inserted system should boot default into Vista. Is this do-able? I've seen it being done for Linux, but not sure if it is possible for OSX86 as well. I apologize if this has been asked earlier. I couldnt find a similar thread by search. murlex Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/56793-having-just-a-bootloader-on-a-stick/ Share on other sites
