kroeger
Please help. I have a USB 2.0 External Hard Disk and have been trying to restore Leopard 9a466 to it though disk utility. I have tried partitioning it with GUID scheme first to no avail. The restore process appears to proceed fine and when booting and pressing the alt key I can choose external hd to boot. The setup process then starts but I get stuck when it asks me to choose disk to install on, as my external drive is not listed as an option to select. Can someone please give me step by step instructions on restoring the leopard image to external usb 2 hard drive? Thanks. dow
your USB drive doesn't appear in the install destination list? or will it just not let you use it as an install destination?
