Maximus Arelius Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 Can anyone show me how to get Open GL acceleration on Mac OS X with a termial command or something like that. I have a Nvidia Geforce FX 5500 with 256MB of RAM and also how to get my card to support rotation. I have Core image and Quartz Extream supported but for some reason the graphics dont run too fast, could it be the fact thats the bus type for the card is PCI or that my processor is SSE2? For example when i resize windows im Mac OS X its really slow compared to what ive seen and video playback for quick time is not smooth when it transitions from large to full screen and ect. If anyone can help please let me kno what i can do to speed up these graphics thanx.
