Technobob
Here is the fix from Maxxuss Fix for iTunes Error -50 You will get the error message "... Error -50" when starting iTunes in a language other the English. The fix is quite easy: With Finder, navigate to "iTunes" in the application folder. Right-Click on "iTunes" and select "Show content", browse to the contents and into the folder "Resources". Rename the ".lproj" folder for your country to something different, duplicate "english.lproj" and rename it to your country's ".lproj". cfecreme
more than substitue french.lproj by english.lproj itunes resources library foler, you must to delete your old itunes application folder (entirely) and reinstall itunes with your new source (itunes 6.0.1.dmg), amzing ! you get a real french itunes version.
