robsahm
Ok I downloaded Apple.OS.X.x86.10.4.Generic.Install.DVD from a torrent. After unraring everything I get an ISO image. I create a BSD guest OS in VMWare and configure the VM CD drive to point to the ISO. When I boot and press enter it seems to start. I get an apple logo after about 30 seconds it says that I have to reboot and cycle the power. This appears to be an endless loop, I have tried rebooting 10 times and each time the same thing. I have searched for reboot loop but no luck. Any ideas? Thanks for your help! Chimera
VMware's ISO emulation is flawed, instead download Daemon Tools, mount the ISO using DT and point VMware's virtual CD drive to the drive that DT creates.
