Patch for VIA Rhine II fast ethernet Adapter

Hi.

 

I'm currently using OSx86 on my PC, and I read that the VIA Rhine II ethernet Adapter doesn't work with OSx86 without a patch.

 

So, does anyone know where I can find a patch to make this ethernet adapter work with OSx86?

sudo chown -R root:wheel ViaRhine.kext

sudo find ViaRhine.kext -type d -exec chmod 0755 {} \;

sudo find ViaRhine.kext -type f -exec chmod 0644 {} \;

Okay. I downloaded it.

 

do I enter sudo and that other stuff in Terminal?

Copy downloaded kext (ViaRhine.kext) to /System/Library/Extensions/

After sudo in terminal and run command kextload /System/Library/Extensions/ViaRhine.kext

Well Done

Check connection in Safari, run on any page.

i downloaded the file, i just have to copy in into system/library........... and then?????????????????????
