s.newave Posted May 10, 2007 Share Posted May 10, 2007 Has anyone been succesful in getting their res up to 2560x1600. I recently installed JaS OSX 10.4.8 P1 & P2 and my Saphire X1800XT worked well right off the bat. OSX correctly identifies my monitor (Dell 3007WP) and lists 2560x1600 as an option although whenever i select it everything gets all stretched out and unuseable. I am able however to select and use any other resolution and currently have it running perfectly at 2048x1280. Can someone perhaps point in the direction of the latest drivers for the ATI X1800. There are so many threads out there with different info that its hard to tell whats what. Not even sure what drivers where included in JaS 10.4.8. crashnburn_in Posted November 27, 2009 Share Posted November 27, 2009 Which PCIe / PCI Express / PCI X card (s) have driver support for 2560 x 1600 resolution on a Leopard or Snow Leopard? It could be any brand. NVidia, ATI or other. Preferably it can fit an Advanced Dock for T61. As I understand it, I will need a full-height, half-length PCIe video card. Please advise. Thanks.
