thecoolestpersonever Posted April 19, 2007 Share Posted April 19, 2007 When i go to install os x everything goes fine until i need to reboot. It reboots, and I get a black screen that says verifying DMI pool data, and under it is a blinking _. When i go to install, it says to do "F*(i think its supposed to be F8) then type -v -s" that works, it also says to type "./pather 10.4.8.AMD.CPUID.txt" this doesnt work, so i googled it, and came back to these forums, and a thread said that this was an error, and it was written by JaS, so i have to trust it. I really need help doing this, and I would greatly appreciate the help. All my hardware is compatible, to my knowledge.
