Himlaklar
Ok, this is the case. Know that alot of you are tired of all this topics about buying hardware. But I make one anyway, because I want to be sure there's no known problems with this hardware and Osx86 I'm about to buy a new computer and want to make it possible to run Osx86 with as few problems as possible, I'm thinking about dualbooting with XP. Here's what I got together; Intel Pentium 4 630 Prescott 3.0GHz EM64T Hyperthreading 2Mb 800MHz Boxed Kingston KVR533D2N4/1G 1024Mb DDR2 PC4200 533MHz Intel D915GEV Also I know that the Gigabit lan on the motherboard won't work in OSX86 and as well that I might have to choose between line-in och line-out when it comes to the audio. I also got that I wont be able to overclock in bios and so on...(except with some software) Some people talk about dual memory, that its better to buy 2x512mb, then WHY? This are the issues I know about, the meaning of this thread is to make sure that there isn't something I forgot. I've used the search-function on this forum more than I ever used one. This are the other specs, witch shouldnt matter really, but anyways; NEC ND-3540 Dual-Layer Antec Case Performance One P180 SILVER Xerox 17” LCD XA7-172i TCO-99 8ms, DVI, 450:1, 1280x1024 Silverstone ST30NF Fanless PSU 300W ATX and please write something, just "that will work great" och "maybe you should thing about...." will do, I just want the feedback.
