hi everyone

I bought a T60p last week ( 20078JG ) and since I nearly bought a macbook instead i wanted to try installing macosx on it icon_smile.gif

so i got an iso

( the name of the iso was: JAS 10 4 8 OSx86 10 4 8 Patched DVD SSE3 ),

burned it to a dvd (-R) and booted...

unfortunately right after the apple symbol appears it tells me I need to reboot...

booting with -v flag gave me this:

panic(cpu 0 caller 0x001A3110): Unresolved Kernel trap ( CPU 0, Type 14 = page fault)

registers etc.

Should I try an other Image or does anyone have any other hints ?

I also tried booting with -x / -s flags

still the same problem

I also tried copying an installed macosx harddisk image on a partition following this guide:

http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...le_And_Accurate

but trying to boot it, it gave me a hfs+ partition error... after copying the /usr/standalone/i386 files to another partition and adapting grub it said:

Error 12: Invalid device requested

Thanks in advance for any help icon_smile.gif
