I want to install the OSX on my machine, present in signature. Actually I've an IDE DVD-ROM installed on JMicron controller (setting to IDE), and 2 HDD SATA installed as normal devices (not RAID or AHCI).

Disk 1 (on SATA1) is 80GB for WinVista, but disconnected.

Disk 2 (on SATA2) is 300GB, splitted in 2 partitions, 1 of 40GB and 1 of 250GB NTFS for data backup.

DVD+RW Samsung connected of JMicron controller, as IDE configured in BIOS.

I want to installe a test O.S. OSX in the first partition of disk2.

I tried to use the iso called "Jad 10.4.8 Amd.Intel.SSE2.SSE3.iso" but without any kind of lucky... the message is the same:

System config file '/com.apple.Boot.plist' not found

I tried also to read many messages regards problems about JMicron and Sata, but I don't know how to solve this problem....

Can anyone help me please?

Thanks.

I tried to apply the "Jmicron" PPF patch with PPF-O-Matic, but seem without correct job....

Next reboot I made the DVD display a strange menu with non ASCII characters inside the selection of which operating system install. So I'm not sure I applied correctly this patch.

How can I do these steps?

I've an ISO image, and I know that PPF-O-MATIC accept only BIN files... which software do I use to convert the image?
