Hatebringer Posted April 2, 2007 Share Posted April 2, 2007 I have installed Jas 1.4.8 SS2/SS3 on my XPS m170 Laptop. I have been able to get my ethernet card to work and my graphics card to work but I am having a very hard time fixing my sound. I'm tried many differen't things and searched for countless hours. None of the kext drivers I've found have worked and I can't find the dump for HDAPatcher. I wouldn't be starting this thread unless I really felt like I haven't searched around long enough myself. I've been trying to get it to work for 3 nights now. All and any help is greatly appreciated! I looked up the Device ID in Windows: PCI\VEN_8086DEV_266ESUBSYS_01AA1028REV_0 Not sure if that is all the useful information I could post if there is anything else please let me know.
