(I have an Acer Aspire 5610)You know that with Titan.kext laptop display usualy doesn't work ,but works only a external monitor (VGA,probably DVI too) But,here is the solution.All you have to do is boot under an winXP installation Cd,go to repair section (simply press R) and write "fixboot c:" .I know this command is only for fix a boot.ini file,but it REALLY works! I installed mac os x on my notebook 3 times,and all 3 times it worked! I try this method on other acer laptops,works!I thin it'll be usefull not only for who use acer laptop,but for all!
