Setting up a hackintosh for a family member who is banned from xp due to .. problems.. :-) It's a HP Pavilion dv4000 with a 915GM/GMS, 910GML chipset. Trying to get video to work, after much research I can't seem to get it to work without a 2nd monitor. Anyone have a link to a diagram of the "paperclip trick", or info on how to edit my kext's accordingly? (Or where to find the right ones?) -I have no trouble editing an info.plist file and placing the kext into the system. (Wheeling?) -I know my hardware id number for the vga chip. I've been having some trouble. My system: 10.4.8 install (jas, sse2) Thanks in advance!
