mphuie
Does the Jas 10.4.8 installer create a proper partition? I'm trying to resize my partition to use the whole HD (The installer created a 128GB partition, the drive is 320GB... don't know why). However, I've tried several partition resizing utilities for OS X, iPartition and VolumeWorks, neither of the recognize the partition that OS X is installed on. Is there something that I need to do to fix this issue? I've tried verifying the disk, repairing permissions, etc and everything checks out in Disk Utility. Running these apps on my MacbookPro, they correctly identify the boot partition. Or does anyone have an alternate way of easily resizing the partition? tuxuser33
Due to the PC-style partition scheme this will NOT work. You may shrink your HFS+-partition on HackMack. http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?sho...c=44307&hl= You have been warned! Dangerous.
