asfl Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 I've tried to install Jas 10.4.8 on this turion x2 three times and when it boots, it just a black screen with a flashing underscore in the upper left corner. What am I doing wrong here? I already chose amd under customization right before installing. epicor Posted March 20, 2007 Share Posted March 20, 2007 if you are using a bootloader you need to boot to the cd before the bootloader picks up. normally F12 will get you to the selection menu. even if you change it to boot to cd first in bios the bootloader still screws it up for some reason. i dunno why.
