Hardware Recommendations for a fast System in a small Case

first of all i love os x and i love macs

 

as apple does not provide us with a machine the size of a mini-tower and the strength of a mac pro

i hope you can provide me with a list of good components do design a small, fast machine

 

the purpose of the machine would be to install pci-e cards (up to 3) from black magic to capture live-video (in hd quality) and mix the sources with a quartz composition

the system should be as portable as possible (shuttle case)

 

so i guess dual cpu, enough ram and a good graphic card would help

if possible the price should be around 1000 euros (must be below 1500 euros)

 

please help me with your recommendations
