Does anyone succeed to run NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP via Boot Camp? I read this topic and he seems to be able to boot NEXTSTEP partly.

What about on Parallels or VMware Fusion?

It works fine on Parallels and VMware Fusion. See the threads below.

VMware Fusion

But I prefer to run it natively on Mac. So far, as I posted earlier, we can run natively (and partly) OPENSTEP with the CD image of the original boot FD on Intel-based Mac. I don't test with NEXTSTEP/Rhapsody boot CD so please try if you have Intel-based Mac.

How to make a CD image of the original NEXTSTEP/OPENSTEP/Rhapsody boot FD.

First, We need to make this as Mac doesn't have a FD drive.

And then, insert this CD into your Mac and restart it. You will see the boot screen like the screenshot above. The problems is that then Mac will hang up. We need to investigate further to run it fully on Mac. If you tried it, then please post your result.
