cquenced Posted March 3, 2007 Share Posted March 3, 2007 I have a homebrew Hp DX6100 with osx 10.4.8 installed on it. It works well as fileserver, musicplayer, videoplayer and so on. I have no display attached to it and i control it over apple remote desktop only. The computer I control it with is an imac g4 17" so i would like to specify the "virtual" display resolution to 1440*900 like the imac. When i start the HP without display attached it only gives me the options:800*640 or 1024*800. I have the same requests for my ibook g4 since i accidently broke the screen and also control it with ARD. Is it possible to "hack" the macs like i want?
