Calamari
I know, there is a Topic about iwi2200 but I think its a little bit to big to and I'm not sure but I believe the topic has changed a bit in 48 pages. So I will ask here: What exactly is the status about iwi2200? I downloaded it at code.google.com but I occured problems, depending on what package I use. If I use iwi2200-v6-test (with or without debug) I always get following error: kextload extension: .../iwi2200.kext is not authentic (check ownership and permissions) so I tried the test2 package, which i can install per double click. It did it and then restarted my notebook, but the wlan-indication lights are only blinking smooth and hypnotizing. *g* But nothing else happens. I can't see it in network configuration either. Oh right now I got this exciting new screen, a grey box that told me to Restart my PC. Kernel Panic? <-- but I didn'T do anything for serveral minutes, since writing this post. So I hope, someone encountered and Fixed this problem already and can bring me to an clue. Since today I know for sure that a PC without any networkconnection is to use for nothing... Good night from germany PS. I have an Acer Travelmate 4021 WLMi it it for any help to help me Edited March 2, 2007 by Calamari Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43971-iwi2200-problems/ Share on other sites
