Adrimaxi Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 Hi, I want to start my OSX story, I have just changed my mobo and install XP and EdgyEft (Ubuntu 6.10)... I have enough space for Vista and OsX ! I read quite a few topics on installation of osX, and I want to ask some questions. Here is the one that interesed me most http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.php/Quad_booting Prior to install osX I should install Vista and after osX, and after fixing grub in order to choose the booting os. I've seen that for osX I would need some patches (ppt) to have the proper drivers of my config... I have seen that the installation ask you what patches you want bue how to check if they are in the iso ? I would have Mac OS X 10.4.8 - JaS AMD Intel SSE2 SSE3 incl. PPF1 .3612263.TPB iso file - is that statement right ! I saw on wiki that for a close Mobo (asus P5B-E) Works: USB, Firewire, SATA Needs Patching: Sound, JMicron PATA controller, Doesn't work: Attasic L1 L (anyway it's Yukon Marvell lan for network) and this iso works "JaS 10.4.8 DVD for Intel SSE3 (reseed)" I didn't find my GPU, what do I have to do ?
