tokra128 Posted February 27, 2007 Share Posted February 27, 2007 Well, I have no else to ask but in here.. so: I have try all the possible configuration to get my onboard sigmatel 9220 to work .. so far no succes.. even with Taruga patch.. so I have buy a Soundblaster Live 24 on usb.. all is nice ... detected.. sound is comig from speakers .. but ... because allways it must be a but for me .. the sound is from time to time craking .. some annoing packs and pops come from speakers.. under any configuration .41, 48, 96 Hz, stereo, 5.1 .. I have ask on the chat (semthex) and this smart and tallented guy think that the blocks are somehow related with poor support for ata drivers ..... btw i have a Intel 945GNTD with ICH 7 no raid support.. After searching on forum .. it seem that I am not the only one with this problem ... and it is related only with OSX, under the "other" os the sound is loud and clear ... So , I ask : 1. Any ideea what can cause this ? 2. Any possible solution ? 3. It is any driver / patch for ich 7 more new that the one from Jas 10.4.8 dvd ?
