boudewein
I'm selling my Hackingtosh. It took me several weeks to get it to the compatible state it is now. And to keep things legal i'll only sell the hardware and not the OS X installation. Instead you'll get an installation manual, an empty disk and a live preview of OS X running on the hardware. Building it was the fun part for me, and i'm just curious if anybody is interested in buying a ready system. If not, no harm done me thinks. Email me at boudewein (at) gmail (dot) com with an offer. What works: - Audio - USB - SATA - QE, CI (all eyecandy) - Sleep and wakeup (not many setups support this feature) What does not: - Restart (since sleep and wakeup work like a charm i can't be bothered to fix it) Specs: Pentium D 3GHz (can be upgraded to Core 2 Duo) 950 GM (intel 945 chipset) 2x 512MB DDR2 Kingston 40GB Hitachi HD 300W PSU 100pt in Xbench (comparable to dual G5 2GHz) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43314-working-hackingtosh-for-the-lazy-netherlands-only/ Share on other sites
Sander Spilleman
Can you be a bit more specific regarding the components in your setup? S.
