Posted February 22, 2007 Share Posted February 22, 2007 I recently installed osx 10.4.4 with the 10.4.5 dvd because that the only one i can get to boot tru vmware (no native dvd boot) But after installing osx tru vmware i got a Non-system disk error when booting up de partition, i added the chain0 stuff, but after i have set the osx partition to active and now i cant boot into osx or xp anymore. i'm now using a live cd but the gparted progress bar keeps hanging on scanning for devices. This are my specs HP Pavilion ZV5000 (5180EA) P4 , 3.00GHz 736MB 128MB Shared Video Card (ATI Mobility 9000 (9100 Chip) I have windows xp on one partition as ntfs and osx86 on the second partition as type AF.
