vineEater
I've installed JaS.10.4.8.AMD.Intel.SSE2.SSE3 to VMware 5.5.2, which seems to be working ok, but there's no networking. So, I tried installing the Maxxuss driver using the instructions from the iso, but nothing happened when I rebooted. Now I've just tried the load.sh script and I get the following output: Anyone got any ideas? By the way, I've also tried adding ethernet0.virtualDev = "e1000" to my vmx file, but that just gives me a network adapter which it says is "not plugged in" whether I use DHCP or fixed IP address. dlivny
Same here, only VMWare WS 5.5.3. BTW, running kextload -t produces the same error, but no additional diag info. macgirl
That is weird becuase that error appears when you are using a diferent version of that kext. There is one for 10.4.4 - 10.4.8 and another for previous versions of Mac OS. That installation DVD should come with the right version Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43113-problem-with-maxxuss-driver/#findComment-308979 Share on other sites
