mab538
Hey. I'm currently running 10.4.4 on a custom pc. I have DP 5.1 installed. It works great. The problem is when I try to run amplitibue 2. It crashes DP every time. I tried looking at the crash report and I think it says something like a kernel error and not being in charge? Not too sure about that though. Is anyone else having this problem? Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks! illuminatus
Good for you, but i still have a problem with that tool. Whenever i launch Amplitube2 (demo), i get a message box saying "Installation error Please ensure this product has been installed properly". After that, the standalone opens, and the audio config dialog shows up. I set everything up, click OK ->> boom, crash. My config: Mainboard: Asus P5LD2-SE Graphics: ATi x1900gt 256 Memory: 2048 DDR2 667MHz OSX Install: JaS 10.4.8 SSE2 SSE3 Disk config: #1[Windows XP Boot][Data] (ATA), #2[OSX Boot][Data] (SATA2) Audio: M-Audio MobilePre USB Now, since this is a hackMac, i suspect there might be a minor incompatibility, but i've heard other people on hackMacs run this demo flawlessly. Anyone here with an idea what could be wrong? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/43100-amplitube-2-on-hackintosh/#findComment-315751 Share on other sites
