LANcaster
Hi :-) I'm installing Mac OS X JaS 10.4.8 on Celeron D 347 (3.06@4GHz), 1GB RAM, Asrock 775Dual-VSTA, AGP Asus N6200, and USB Harddrive. Setup program is starting, there is no problems with formatting disk, or installing software, but after installing software it hangs with "Running Mac OS X Installer Script". I can use mouse, and walk through menus, so in go to Log and found lines with "postflight" - few with something like "Making (here some path) invisible" and last with timestamp and only "postflight:" I don't want to surrender now, so I need some ideas... Thanks for any answers, and great work You doing here :-) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42936-jas-1048-installer-script-problem/ Share on other sites

There was problem with verification DVD (first two times I skipped verification), so I've burn new Installation DVD - There was no verification problem, but postflight still hanging. :-( Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42936-jas-1048-installer-script-problem/#findComment-307076 Share on other sites
LANcaster
Ok, I found answer myself, but i want to leave it here, for somebody else. There was a problem with my USB Harddrive controller. On other controller it was installed with no problems. :-) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42936-jas-1048-installer-script-problem/#findComment-308434 Share on other sites
