grav
I had some problems with using Darwine. One problem was related with freetype not being correctly installed (I had tried installing via Darwin Ports). This problem was resolved by following the instructions regarding freetype in this link. Afterwards I had problems with OpenGL. I'm afraid I can't remember the error message right now, but in any case no programs would open. I resolved it by coincidence: I opened the Configure Darwine...-dialogue, and after the registry had been imported, I clicked OK. (Don't know what the problem actually was,, though). Now most small applications run (like notepad.exe and a couple of keygens :-) Hope this may help other people having trouble with Darwine. My setup is: OS X 10.4.6 Intel Pentium 4 2.4 GHz (SSE2, no SSE3) Intel 855GE graphics adapter (no QE or CI) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/42525-some-darwine-trouble-solved/ Share on other sites
