After closing the laptop lid and reopenning, a lot of magical things happen

Hi,

 

recently, I discovered that after closing the laptop lid and reopenning it again a lot of strange things will happen,

first, I'll have no internet anymore and I need to restart again to take it back (bad!)

second, my touchpad tapping starts working! (good!) [i normally have touchpad but I can not use niether the tapping nor the scrolling, after closing and reopening the tapping will be fixed but not scrolling]

 

could somebody tell me what could be the source for these problems, so that I can fix them and have tapping and internet connection both at the same time?
