It isn't a store-bought PC is it? Without knowing the correct model of the motherboard (i.e. D915GAV, D945GTP, etc. etc.) I really can't tell you if it's going to be compatible or not. Search the Wiki and read the HCL's before you post. They'll generally answer all your questions.
