Intel D915PGN Ethernet Issues

Thanks to everyone who directed me to use the patch for the Jas.10.4.8AMD.INTEL.SSE2.SSE3 Install DVD + The DiskUtil v7 from 10.4.7. it solved my no startup disk and Boot without DVD issue wonderfully.

 

NEW PROBLEM: System Specs: Intel D915PGN Mainboard

Pentium 4 3.2Ghz Processor

Nvidia 6800GT 256MB Graphics Card

2GB RAM

1 - 120GB HDD

1 - 250GB HDD

 

After installation of the latest Patched Jas 10.4.8 DVD(as described above) everything boots and works fine with the exception of the ethernet which after investigation turns out to be an Intel Pro device using the following (Intel® 82562EZ Platform).

 

The install, during setup configured an ethernet device and set it to DHCP but there is no ethernet adapter detectd after completion of installation; everything in the Network settings configuration section is empty.

 

Assistance here would be greatly appreciated as always.

 

Additionally has there been any progress with getting the above mention Install to run on a n Intel DG965SS MB as i'd like to upgrade to a Core 2 Duo 2.13 Processor
