About Front Row 1.3

Hello. I installed the new Jas 10.4.8, applied the natit 1.0 patch and now my Asus En7800GTX works like a charm!!!

 

I tried to install Front Row 1.3 on it but before the final step, patching system files for enabling front row, it says that the files may have been updated or previously patched. I restart the system as adviced but nothing came up in system preferences... What i've done wrong?

 

Please, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am getting the same problem too. I did get the Front Row 1.2 to work with jas 10.4.7 before and only using the GMA900 on my laptop and a usb mouse (my tutorial here). But now that I have the 10.4.8 even following the guide when I am going to patch them it says already patched. Notice my osx install is a brand new so nope, I did not have front row 1.2 installed on it anymore. Any one that can get the 1.3 to work please let me know and I will try it out.

i've got frontrow running perfectly

i just got the frontrow.pkg off the mac os disk installed that with pacifist and then installed the frontrow update w/ pacifist also, and used frontrowpass.kext (inserted hw id for my usb mouse) for IR remote emulation, then I use Salling Clicker w/ my Motorola SLVR as a remote

THAAAAAAAAAANKS!!!! All is working now... I forgot the frontrowpass.kext and it's wonderful job under 10.4.7...
