7654321
I currently have 2 partiitions, XP Media Center Edition on one, (100 gb), Mac OS X x6 [Generic Install DVD], on a 20gb hfs partition and a 30gb FAT32 I plan to install windows 2000 on. I normally am asked to choose to boot from 3 partitions, (darwin asks me to select one): 1 NTFS, 2 *My mac's start up disk name* and 3 FAT32 partition. WOuld installing windows 2000 pro on the FAT32 partition screw up my boot setup for both windows xp+os x x86? If you install it now, it's possible that XP media Center don't want to boot anymore. If this happens, you can fix that with by insert the XP CD an repair it. 7654321
I risked it, tried to install it, woot. "The partition table is incorrect" or something like that. Tried XP, "Disk read error." Then wrote zero's to the drive. Trying xp again...formatting.. IOf that doesn't work, OS x x86.
