Nitin Posted January 8, 2007 Share Posted January 8, 2007 Ok i have a laptop toshiba p105-s9722. it has core 2duo 7200 processor, i really dont know why i keep getting the kernel crash, i have installed from the older jas cd, which i couldnt even boot from, i have tried to install from the lates jas release and even patched it with the latest ppf released by jas with the latest cd i can install but i cant boot after install i keep getting kernel crash, it says no driver found for my platform, it installs fine with the latest cd, but i dont know if there is a problem with semthex kernel with my particular laptop, but i have seen people saying that it works with my cpu, i really dont know the reason behind the compatibility. any help will be nice, thank you. Nitin Posted January 8, 2007 Author Share Posted January 8, 2007 (edited) thanks for the reply i am finally able to install,, i have full qe/ci support with titan, because i have onboard with titan, but the resolution doesnt seem as shrap even though its at its full resolution, its seems that it is not running in 32bit, bcause i can bearly see a difference when i change from thousands to millions, in the control panel pref. and the font dont seem as sharp as my original macbook. actually the probem was my onbaord lan, i have both cores enabled, and everytime i have the onboard lan enabled i get kernel panic.
