What boot file?

I'm looking for ways to add or change the resolution e.g. 1024x768 to 1024x576 in the video bios of an NVIDIA 6200 graphics card with a DSub port.

I see interesting things in this photo:

All 4:3 resolutions are changed to 16:9. What software can do this?

 

I managed to change the resolution but the monitor still displays 1024x768 with a black frame at the bottom. Actually, on NVIDIA I have some colored pixels instead of a black frame, and the black frame is in the virtual machine in which I edited vbios in a similar way.
