OriginalEnthusiast
Hi, I'm trying to install Tahoe on a Hackintosh system that I used before to run Sequoia. I am using updated EFI files from https://github.com/Stick-Study/Universal-EFI-for-Intel-Hybrid-Architecture (I used the previous version for my Sequoia Hackintosh and it worked great) I am able to select the "Install macOS Tahoe" from the OpenCore picker, but then I get stuck on this screen with some ACPI warnings: Here is my system configuration CPU: Intel i7-14700KF GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 Motherboard: Gigabyte B760M DS3H AX I also uploaded my EFI folder. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot or what to do next? Thanks! Thanks a lot – unfortunately with after replacing that config.plist and resetting NVRAM I am still getting stuck at the same ACPI message. Any other direction you can suggest to debug this? Should I try building the ACPI SSDTs from scratch? (Although, these exact same SSDTs work fine on the same CPU/mobo with Sequoia 15.5..) deeveedee
@OriginalEnthusiast Have you tried performing your Tahoe installation with WhateverGreen.kext disabled in your OC config.plist? If that works and if you still need WhateverGreen, enable it after the installation is complete. MaLd0n
EFI B760M DS3H AX.zip -Delete old EFI folder and paste new then empty trash. Don't use merge files. -Don't use Drag and Drop into EFI partition. Use Copy/Paste instead. -Reset NVRAM one time - with OpenCore use entry "Reset Nvram" / with Clover use F11 key on boot screen. -Use one USB2 port on installation or remap USB on Windows 1 Quote Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/361842-stuck-in-between-opencore-picker-and-macos-tahoe-installer-on-raptor-lake/#findComment-2842366 Share on other sites
