Issue instalation on Thinkcenter s30 motherboard

Hello, I bought a motherboard from a Lenovo Thinkcenter s30 v1 with CPU Intel Xeon E5-1620 v1 32 GB ram and installed a video card Radeon RX 550 2GB. 
Initially I booted with the ssd on which I installed windows 11 from the old configuration with I3 530, after several restarts the system 
works perfectly or almost perfectly. The problem is that I wanted to install a new mac operating system, respectively 14 or 15 or whatever, but when 
I can from the usb, whatever the port, it gets stuck in a black screen, I also tried with a windows stick and after the boot sequence with 
the window and the circle remains in black screen. I upgraded the bios exactly for my MT 0606 motherboard and set it to default and still in vain.
If I install a windows on another machine it boots and it's ok but if I try on this machine osx or windows doesn't want to start the installation, 
for osx I tried with clover or opencore, efi and uefi but nothing, with clover boot 06_ and hang, with opencore only black screen. 
If someone can help me, please, I can boot from the stick with a bootloader to install an osx, I repeat, windows installed on another machine 
boots and works perfectly without hardware errors, the only error code on the board's minidisplay is AE, thank you in advance.

L.E. i try to install to another video card nvidia but same issue.

Hi, thx for respond, i make a little progress both bootloader uefi and legacy mode but hangup here, see attach.

In the old config MB if i disable serial port, same issue, but in this new config serial port is enable but same issue.

In clover config, try to enable RebuildAppleMemory in QUIRKS

There is no simple answer to this. Both loaders are functional. But! The best loader will be the one that the user who is helping you knows well.

now my mac stuck wait kernel to ehc26 and 29.

i disable sas raid device and bios reset to default, boot legacy, i cannot pass this issue.

Issue of black screen when boot from usb is 4g decoding enabled in bios, i disable it and working verry good, windows and macos working with all devices sas, vt-d, virtualisation. etc. thanks all

Hi friends, back to news, I successful install Sequoia on my system s30, only patching video card because have blank screen after boot, 

working very good.
