OpenCore 0.6.9 - Huawei Matebook X Pro 2020 reboots 1 min after choosing external boot

Hi, I have followed the Dortania guide ( https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Install-Guide/config-laptop.plist/coffee-lake-plus.html#intel-bios-settings) for comet lake (my model is the Chinese Huawei Matebook X Pro 2020 - CPU = 10th Gen i7-10510U). I have successfully installed MacOS Monterey before but now I seem to be having issues even booting into the installer.

When I get to the OpenCore boot menu, everything works until I go to choose the external installer (from USB). It loads for a minute and then reboots my laptop. I have attached my config.plist (removed serial, etc) and the latest OpenCore debug log using the OC Debug release (OC 0.6.9 Debug) and my EFI folder (excluding Kexts but screenshot provided as it's above 10MB). I believe I have chosen the correct Kexts, mapped my usb ports, etc. If anyone can help with this it'd be appreciated.

Thank you.

Update OC and Kexts (latest version 0.8.6)
Disable IntelBluetoothInjector.kext

Looks like that has got it to boot. Thanks man.

Before, I was able to use wifi during install (using recovery image) but now it's telling me I need an internet connection to install MacOS. Is this something to do with the airport kext?

Originally, I was able to install MacOS during install before without an ethernet adapter, is this still possible?

--- EDIT. For whatever reason, after a reboot directly from windows it seems to have fixed it.
