Okay, now I tried to repair the MBR with fdisk. In VMWare I'm getting b0 error now and with the boot manager still HFS+ partition error.

Acronis shows the partition with a red cross

It's getting weirder and weirder - Any ideas?

Try this to fix both errors:

In OSX, go to Terminal and type:

sudo fdisk -u /dev/rdisk0
sudo fdisk -e /dev/rdisk0

Then finish up that last command with what you find in here: http://forum.insanelymac.com/index.php?showtopic=22844

hmm.. did u create a FAT32 partition and changed it to HFS+ at the vmware-osx-installation? I did that on my osx installation and got partition errors too. It works if u start directly from the dvd and create the HFS+ partition but i think if u want to install nativly over vmware you have some boot-problems with the dvd right? So u will need to find another way to create directly a HFS+ partition =P
