This post should really belong in this thread but I can't post there yet.  I recently swapped out my Syba 10GbE card for the TP-Link TX401 which has been working much better with my system (specs here). Works fine under Win 10, Big Sur, and Monterey.  However, my main OS is still Catalina (10.15.7), and I'm still having some issues.

When the cable is connected, the LEDs light up like it thinks it's connected. However, while the service appears in the Network control panel, it always says "Not Connected".

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try next?  I thought the AQC107 chipset worked natively under Catalina.

Well, the strangest thing just happened.  I had my Big Sur and Monterey hard drives unplugged (just makes it easier when updating OC) and I just plugged them back in to check the driver versions.  I rebooted a few times and confirmed that all OSes were using the same driver, then booted back up into Catalina, and now the card is working.  Very strange.  I guess I'll keep monitoring it to see if it cuts out again.
