Help with USB mapping--USB 3.0 ports not working

For my Big Sur AMD Hack, I have all the USB 2.0 ports working, but none of the USB 3.0 ports are working (neither for USB 2.0 nor USB 3.0 devices).  I have attempted to generate a USB map in Windows 10 using the windows.exe app of USBToolBox, but still can't get them working.  I have been reading through all of the USB mapping guides I can find, but am having trouble correlating what's in the examples with what my rig has (controller naming, in particular).  My ASUS Sabertooth 990FX R2.0 mobo has 8 USB 2.0 ports and 4 USB 3.0 ports on the rear panel, plus connections to 2 front panel USB 2.0 ports and 2 front panel USB 3.0 ports.

 

Any suggestions as to what piece or pieces of USB mapping I might be missing that's keeping the USB 3.0 ports in the dark?  Let me know what I should upload here for diagnostics.

Some additional info:  The USB 3.0 controllers are ASMedia XHCI, with each controller having two physical USB 3.0 ports (4 logical ports, for the 3.0 & 2.0 personalities of each physical port).  I have tried adding ASMedia.kext, both with and without USBToolBox.kext/UTBMap.kext, but still cannot see any USB 3.0 ports in Big Sur.  Under Mojave/Clover, the USB 3.0 ports did work, but were not hot-pluggable.

As you can see, no controller has more than 5 ports attached, so the 15 port limit should not be an issue.

Any suggestions on how to get the ASMedia USB 3.0 XHCI controllers active/visible?
