Hey! My name is Alex and I'm new to the forum as well as to building hackintosh. This is my first build.
So, after reading a lot and trying to understand some of the very technical stuff that involves creating a hackintosh, I'm finally giving this forum a try :)
This is the machine:
Intel i9 10850K

Asus prime z490-A
DDR4 3200mhz 32Gb

Saphire RX580

i downloaded a fresh big sur installer and created the bootable drive with a custom EFI. The installer boots and gets stuck somewhere (sorry, I can't tell you where since I have not much knowledge of verbose texts...). I attached a picture so you wise guys can take a look and hopefuly help me with it.

I was also considering go straight for a Monterey install, what do you think?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Thank you MaLd0n!!

It worked like a charm. It just booted, smooth.

But... when I went throught the process of installing the system, everything went fine until the first reboot. It took me to the little menu to choose what drive to boot from, I chose the new one that showed up (it was already selected) and then the computer entered a rebooting loop. It will reboot and reboot and reboot and reboot, only showing the Bios logo and then the text on my attachment in an infinite loop.

I tried copying the EFI into the newly created disk with the partially installed macos but that  didn't work either.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
