morwyn Posted December 3, 2006 Share Posted December 3, 2006 In Mail I am unable to do an entire message search. If I search by From, To or Subject, I have no problems. I have tried the basics... Rebuilt my mailboxes. Reindexed the hard drive by adding then deleting boot drive under privacy in Spotlight preferences. Reindexed by command line with: mdimport -r /System/Library/Spotlight/Mail.mdimporter Then I thought the index may have been corrupt, so I deleted .Spotlight-V100 and reindexed again. Spotlight works flawlessly, except for no full-text search in Mail. Don't know what to try next, besides reinstalling the OS. That seemed to be the only other solution besides the above three that I could find. Anyone have any other suggestions? Running Jas 10.4.8, Semthex's latest kernel & Titan...
