Geesu Posted November 27, 2006 Share Posted November 27, 2006 So basically I just got a new MBP and when I press option-apple-eject to go on standby sometimes it won't come back... Then I have to hold down the power button for 5 seconds then turn it back on. I noticed today that when I open my mac and press power to bring it back from standby that the screen is on - but no brightness, but i can't change the brightness or anything by pushing the keys. Anyone have any ideas? munky Posted November 28, 2006 Share Posted November 28, 2006 tried zapping the PRAM ? (command option P R on bootup). other than that, call AppleCare.
