Not sure if you mean the IP address or the MAC address. Setting the IP address is pretty easy. Setting the MAC address is quite hard.

 

To set IP address, go to System Preferences -> Network -> double-click on adapter -> TCP/IP tab -> Configure IP4 pop-up-> Manually -> type new IP address -> Apply Now button

Can't use zero MAC on my new router

People have had success working with a zero MAC address by setting the IP manually. Go to the OSX Network preference for your network device and select DHCP with manual address. Type in an address that is in the range that your router would issue normally by DHCP. then Apply.
