dell latitude e6540 post install troubles

so i've got mac os mojave running fairly stable apart from 3 small things

i cannot get the trackpad working (and for some reason all drivers are dead links)

no wifi (i've got a bcm4321 airport card from a spare mac wich should work with a patch on mojave)

and no intel hd 4600 usage.

its stuck on 7 mb and alot of guides leads to 404 pages for some reason. 

i've also noticed sometimes mac os boots and in about my mac the graphics section is gone and in system profiler it lists my amd gpu as being used (as far as i know a radeon hd8790m isnt supported? if anyone could confirm)

this isnt my first hackingtosh but i'm not particularly skilled into getting some stuff to work (like these last steps)

i've noticed the track pad worked in snow leopard setup (i used a old iaktos disk to test if this thing would actually boot)
