Reboot and shutdown problem in Mojave after switched to R9 Nano

Hi fellow InsnelyMac user,

 

I successfully install Mojave on my machine but it still have some compromise

After switch to r9 nano (I installed with the internal display because this happen even on the installing process) I suffer with the problem with restart 

Every time I reboot with macOS or even Windows I can not even reach to bios setting or anything else on the display. The only way I can start the display is switch the port on the graphic card. 

I asked my local friends and they said maybe it's because of Bios setting but I can not find anything relate to my problem on Bios setting. Please help me

- CPU: i5 6600

- Mainboard: z170n gaming 5 

- Ram: Corsair 16Gbs*2 2400Hz

- SSD: evo 970 (not plus) 250Gb <MacOs>

Bx500 120Gb <Windows>

- VGA: AMD r9 nano 4Gb

- PSU: Delta Flex 500w

- Display: Dell u2518d
