Valtiel
The kernel panic still occurs but thanks for helping me with the properties injections. I don't have a specific reason for this config, I followed Mark Perez's guide from youtube. Valtiel
On 5/25/2019 at 4:12 PM, Hervé said: On the kexts front: use FakeSMC or VirtualSMC+PlugIns, not both no reason why you would need FakePCIID + FakePCIID_Intel_HD_Graphics + IntelGraphicsFixup; get rid of them On the Clover config front: CPU section: what's the reason for specifying those CPU info? I've no such info for my 8th gen Kaby Lake R laptop Devices section: why fake iGPU id 0x19168086? I've no such thing for my UHD 620 iGPU. On the other hand, you're missing the properties injection required to adjust DVMT for the UHD 620; it's probably the reason for your KP Graphics section: with Lilu + WEG kexts, no need to inject Intel and layout-id 0x19160000; get rid of that Kernel & Kexts Patches section: get rid of those 2 x BDW (=Broadwell) graphics patches; totally irrelevant for your XPS 13 laptop. Add AppleRTC + KernelPm patches; get rid of that DellSMBIOS patch For the graphics properties injection (in Devices section), all the following: in "Devices": PciRoot(0x0)/Pci(0x2,0x0) in "Properties": AAPL,ig-platform-id 00001659 DATA AAPL,slot-name Built-in STRING device-id 16590000 DATA device_type display STRING enable-hdmi20 01000000 DATA framebuffer-fbmem 00009000 DATA framebuffer-patch-enable 01000000 DATA framebuffer-stolenmem 00003001 DATA I think I fixed it. https://github.com/the-darkvoid/XPS9360-macOS Mark Perez says to use setup_var 0x785 0x04 under UEFI Variables for 1080p Instead of that I tried setup_var 0x785 0x05 and no more kernel panic!
