bootsect.ocx resource busy Help!

Hi all

 

I have a Dell inpiron 100 gig HD I installed XP PRO first and then Max osX86

 

so harddrive = disk0

xp pro = disk0s1

Mac osX86 = disk0s2

 

when i get into terminal to create the bootsect.ocx typing:

 

sudo dd if=/dev/disk0s2 of=Users/boosect.ocx bs=1 count=512

 

i get the message "resource busy" and cant create the bootsect.ocx

 

any ideas
