Various issues in post installation

Hi, recently I have installed Os Sierra in HP x000ns and have various errors:

 

- The audio ALC in the max volume is very low volume

- Ram management, i have 8gb ddr4 2133mhz, using only firefox the free ram app says 1GB of ram free :S

- Hotkeys dont work

- Sleep, It does not work closure is going to sleep the lid or I give in the apple finder bar to sleep and it puts sleep but when I want to open or to reactivate it it I have to restart.

-There exists some possibility of making work ATI R7 M340 2GB? adapting kexts?

- The sensors of temperature of the logic board do not work and in occasions it warms up too much in basic use ( textedit, or mozilla )
